RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Haus Kamal accepts returns of unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Exclusions apply to "SALE," "MADE TO ORDER," and "HYGIENE PRODUCTS," or any item marked “NO RETURN.” Returns must include any gifts received with the purchase, or their value will be deducted from the refund.

Return Process:

  1. Email Yassi@Hauskamal.com with your Order Number for return authorization.

  2. Ship items to the provided address at your expense.

  3. Send the tracking number to Yassi@HausKamal.com.

Once received and inspected, eligible refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed. Refunds may take a few days to appear.

Policy Highlights:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items not meeting policy requirements will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Haus Kamal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs and any free shipping promotions.

  • "HYGIENE PRODUCTS" (e.g., cosmetics, jewelry that touches the skin) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

Haus Kamal accepts unwashed, undamaged items (excluding "SALE," "MADE TO ORDER," "HYGIENE PRODUCTS," or items marked “NO RETURN”) with tags attached for refunds within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds exclude original shipping costs. Returns must include any gifts received with the purchase, or their value will be deducted from the refund. Items not meeting these conditions may result in denial or partial refunds.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Email Yassi@Hauskamal.com with your Order Number for return authorization.

  2. We will send return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Ship the package via your local post office or courier and email us the tracking number.

  4. Once received, items will be inspected. If eligible, refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed. Exchanges will be shipped with new tracking info.

IMPORTANT — POLICY

  • Only unwashed, undamaged items with tags and included gifts are accepted within 15 days (excluding "SALE," "MADE TO ORDER," "HYGIENE PRODUCTS," or “NO RETURN” items).

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., cosmetics, jewelry touching the skin) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns require prior authorization.

  • Customers bear return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.

  • Items not meeting return criteria will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Original shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.

  • “Free Shipping” promotions will be deducted from refunds (not applicable to exchanges).

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are only allowed for size changes of the same item. Follow the return process above. Customers cover exchange shipping costs.

"MADE TO ORDER" PRODUCTS: Made-to-order items are non-returnable. Exchanges may be possible if materials are unavailable.

"SALE" AND "CLEARANCE" ITEMS: Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
